Both Poshmark and Mercari give you 3 days after delivery to inspect your item and report any issues. After this window, the sale is finalized.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Take photos of the damage and packaging immediately, then open a case through the marketplace app. Damage during shipping is typically covered by buyer protection.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
