Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't you offer email/password login?

By using Google and Apple authentication, we eliminate the risks associated with password storage and management. Your credentials are protected by these companies' world-class security infrastructure.

What information do you receive when I sign in?

We only receive your name and email address (or a private relay email if using Apple's Hide My Email). We never have access to your password or Google/Apple account credentials.

Can I use two-factor authentication?

Yes! If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your Google or Apple account, it will be required when signing in to Darling Things.

How do I revoke access to my account?

You can revoke Darling Things's access at any time through your Google Account settings or Apple ID settings. This will log you out and prevent future sign-ins until you authorize again.
